Dave Foltz, started Foltz Buildings, in 1981, and incorporated in 1984. Dave started working on small local projects, and continued to expand to creating new types of buildings. The Detroit Lakes area needed lots of different types of buildings from hobby huts, horse stables, and garages.
Foltz Buildings, never wanted to limit themselves to one type of buildings. So they kept picking up new skills and perfecting each new project.
We create premier buildings and only use use commercial grade, high end materials. Foltz Buildings, offers a complete warranty on every part of the building. We put every one up with our own crew. Since we only use high quality materials, our buildings last for decades.
Our office is located 2 miles west of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota on US Highway 10 on the south side of the highway next to the airport.
